DIGITABLE Transnational study visit The Netherlands

Within the framework of the DIGIT-ABLE project, De Omslag and WAAG Futurelab invites social enterprises, service providers, and social economy enabling organisations to apply for participation in the Transnational Study Visit, organised in Amsterdam The Netherlands June 2026.

This transnational event brings together organisations from across Europe to exchange knowledge, explore practical approaches to fair and inclusive digitalisation, and strengthen the movement to a sovereign and inclusive future.

On the first day, the 4th of June we will explore the Public Stack model and map your organisation’s digital landscape in an interactive session at the historic Waag building in the center of Amsterdam.
In the afternoon, we will have a walk through the centre and visit Work Integration Social Enterprises (WISE’s) to see real life examples and talk about topics like inclusive digitalisation and work.

On the second day, the 5th of June participant can also join the study visit to the Conference “PublicSpaces”* 6th edition.

Participants will take part in a major current event dedicated to a digital future with public values. The event addresses key topics such as a digital sovereignty and democratic digital future. Together with hundreds critical thinkers, makers and digital innovators participant will come together to learn from each other.

Joining the program on the first day of the transnational activity in Amsterdam is free of charge.
Lunch and diner at the WISEs venue is at the expense of the participants who can apply for a call for subsidy for transport, accommodation and subsistence for transnational activities here

*There is a registration fee for the Public Spaces conference. Participants who register for the first day of the DIGIT-ABLE transnational peer learning seminar are not required to participate in the second day, but it is highly recommended that they register for the study visit to the Public Spaces conference. Participants will receive a link via email in early April.
