Europe is committed to the future of the social economy by investing in (digital) skills and talent. Competencies for the future: is the social economy ready?
It is possible
In Europe we understand the (self) importance of the investment by supporting talent development. This can be done by means of practical learning or tailor-made education in practice. Lifelong learning takes many forms and ways. And also think of digital solutions to enable people who do not currently have the competences to work. There is a world to win.
B-WISE is a European project for research into the required competences of employees, their support staff (such as job coaches and supervisors) and the management of WISEs. The aim is to match this with training. That’s not all; the project makes us aware of the importance of using digital technology to support people at a distance from the labor market. Share in the first results.
